The purpose of this writing is to enhance the development of an economy based on the utilization and empowerment of digital information and communication technology in villages that influence the development of sustainable human resources. The development of sustainable human resources is one of the important aspects of building a digital village economy. Quality human resources influence the success of the digitalization of the village economy. In the discussion, the strategy of rural development will be outlined, several key elements in the digitalization of the village economy, knowing how to strengthen village infrastructure, factors in village development in the development of sustainable self-reliant villages, the role of BUMDes in increasing rural economic growth through strengthening human resources, developing human resources for community-based tourism in rural areas, building sustainable human resources in the community.
