JURIDICAL REVIEW OF PLANNED MURDER CRIMINAL ACTS COMMITTED BY CHILDREN IN CHILD CASES (Case Study of Muntok District Court Decision Number: 2/Pid.Sus Anak/2023.PN.MTK)
This study aims to conduct a juridical review of premeditated murder committed by a child against another child, focusing on the case study of the Decision of the District Court Number 2/Pid.Sus- Anak/2023/PN.MTK. The research involves a legal analysis of the criminal act, considering relevant legal aspects, including juvenile criminal law. Furthermore, this research also attempts to identify the factors influencing the legal decisions made in this case and their implications on the juvenile justice system. The findings of this study provide a deeper understanding of the handling of premeditated murder involving both child perpetrators and victims, as well as the legal consequences in this context. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of relevant legal policies in child protection and juvenile justice for the future.
