Abstract

This research raises the theme "Public Policy for Legal Protection of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Perspective of Economic Justice." The core focus of this research is to analyze public policies established to protect MSMEs legally, taking into account the dimensions of economic justice. The research method applied is qualitative, with an exploratory approach to legal rules, including legislation, jurisprudence, and relevant principles. Research data was obtained through document studies from various secondary legal sources. It is hoped that the results of the analysis will provide in-depth insight into the effectiveness of public policy in providing fair legal protection for MSMEs. The policy implications that emerge will be prepared to increase legal support for MSMEs so that they can contribute more equally to the economy. This research plays a crucial position in detailing the extent to which public policies accommodate the needs of MSMEs and bridge economic gaps, thereby making a significant contribution to efforts to achieve sustainable economic justice.
