ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF ROOM RESERVATION INFORMATION SYSTEM AT BANGKA CITY HOTEL PANGKALPINANG BASED ON WEB

Abstract

Bangka City Hotel is one of the 2 (two) serving the nuances of a comfortable, clean and economical. Bangka City Hotel is located not far from the governor's office at Jl. Alexander Village 1 Air Itam. Besides, the hotel is also not only be used for accommodation only, no room hall which is used for meetings, spacious courtyard which can be used for weddings and other private events. To meet the needs of consumers in terms of service, Bangka City Hotel has a special section in dealing with guests. The sections are Receptionists, but this section of the working system still uses the form of a document that is hindering the smooth service to guests. The goal in this thesis report is to design an Information System using the booking system using the modeling method Unifed Modeling Language (UML). Information System room reservation may be one that can be used to facilitate the transaction check in, check out, bill check out manage guest data, the data room, the data is checked in, the data check out becomes easier, faster and efficient so that it can help improve advantages in improving hotel business.
