Abstract
Learning through project-based learning is becoming more common. At this time, learning that is directed toward an independent approach with projects is yielding results. The goal of this study is to increase students' comprehension abilities by investigating the application of human resource management theories and ideas, particularly in terms of training and developing human resources in the workplace utilizing project-based learning techniques. This study employs descriptive qualitative analysis by incorporating students directly in companies. Josa Entertainment is based in Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This firm is involved in arts education, video content development and advertising, as well as event planning in the entertainment industry. The findings reveal that staff training is still rather limited, and employee development is not yet considerable. There is still a high percentage of employee turnover, and freelancers continue to be used extensively in corporate operations. Thus, project-based learning benefits students by strengthening their grasp of lecture material and its execution, as well as corporations by identifying their limitations and inadequacies.
