POSYANDU INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR MONITORING THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF TODDLER IN RW.014 NUSA INDAH 4 BEKASI CITY

Abstract

Posyandu is a type of local area obtained wellbeing endeavors (UKBM) oversaw from, by, for, and with the local area, to engage the local area and give comfort to the local area in getting fundamental wellbeing administrations. Endeavors to work on the job and capability of Posyandu are not exclusively the obligation of the public authority, but rather all parts locally, including units. The job of frameworks in the execution of Posyandu is extremely huge on the grounds that as well as giving wellbeing data to the local area as well as driving individuals to come to Posyandu and complete spotless and solid living way of behaving. This study aims to create a Web-based application in Posyandu Nusa Indah 4 in RW 014 Jatiwaringin Nusa Indah 4 Bekasi city, which is expected to help and facilitate cadres in making the method involved with recording and answering to screen the development and improvement of little children. Development of a payroll information system using PHPRad Classic and MySQL database that is run using a web browser (web browser). The system was developed using PHPRad Classic as a framework for building the system, using the PHP programming language, and stored on a MySQL database created using PhpMyAdmin.
